SWG Enhanced is an independent 64-bit Windows client for Star Wars Galaxies. We’re rebuilding the world, character creation and interface, with testing helping to shape each step.
Client features
In development and being tested.
World rendering & lighting
Work on bringing the game’s environments, buildings and interiors into the client, including lighting and the details around you.
Character creation
Species selection and appearance controls, with the character creation experience continuing to take shape through testing.
A familiar interface
Radar, chat, hotbars and menus are being recreated around the way you already know the game.
Features are at different stages of development. Screenshots show work in progress, and testing helps us decide what needs attention next.
Alongside the client
A launcher to manage your setup.
Server profiles
Save a server’s address, login port and SWG folder in its own profile, then choose the connection you want to use.
Client & launcher updates
Check for new builds from the launcher, with downloads verified before installation.
File verification & repair
Check your Enhanced installation and use the launcher’s repair tools when files need attention.
Your existing SWG installation
Select the SWG folder that belongs to your chosen server. Enhanced client files have their own installation folder.
Getting started
Trying the client
You’ll need a Windows 64-bit PC and an existing SWG installation. Testing is currently by invitation; follow the setup instructions provided with your access.
